EBM Computers December 2020 Update - Stock Availability, Available Services

EBM Computers is now running at full capacity, and all services are available.

Onsite Repairs and Home Visits are available upon request.

We ask that where possible customers follow social distancing guidelines, and when in store, try to touch as little as possible. Additionally, if dropping a computer or laptop in for repair, a wipe down with disinfectant prior to coming in is recommended and welcomed. Masks are not required in store.

Most items are now available with our suppliers, but we are seeing some delays in shipping. Australian suppliers are generally a 3-5 day delivery time, whilst overseas suppliers can be anywhere from 3-6 weeks.

We hope that everyone is staying safe during these difficult times, and we hope to be able to continue to provide you quality service for as long as possible.

Nvidia GPU's, AMD GPU's, and AMD CPU's

Our suppliers are currently on heavy backorder in regards to all of the recently released Graphics Cards and Processors.

Our earliest estimates for any stock being readily available is early 2021.

Please note however, that our estimates have so far been pushed back multiple times as demand for this hardware is very high.

We will keep this page updated as this continues, and if anything changes, we will let our customers know as soon as possible.
